  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Commonwealth Places (Mirror Taxes) Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations are taken to have commenced as follows:

(a)on 1 July 2008 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b)on 1 July 2009 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2;

(c)on 30 June 2010 — regulation 5 and Schedule 3.

Schedule 1 amends the Commonwealth Places (Mirror Taxes) Regulations 2000.
