REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH MOTOR VEHICLES (LIABILITY) ACT 1959*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Motor Vehicles (Liability) Act 1959.

COMMONWEALTH MOTOR VEHICLES (LIABILITY) REGULATIONS

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commonwealth Motor Vehicles (Liability) Regulations.

Commonwealth authority

2. The Darwin Community College is declared to be a Commonwealth authority for the purposes of the Commonwealth Motor Vehicles (Liability) Act 1959.
