REGULATIONS 1967, No. 10t

1. Regulation 31 of the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Services Regulations

is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—

" (2.) The last preceding sub-regulation does not apply to a blind person who is accompanied by a dog to whose collar is attached a disc showing that the dog is a guide dog to the blind, being a registration disc issued in respect of that dog under the Dogs Registration Ordinance 1926-1967.".

2. Regulation 37 of the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Services Regulations is amended by omitting the words " Twenty-five pounds " and inserting in their stead the words " Fifty dollars ".
