1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the fourteenth day commence-

2. Regulation 6 of the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Fares Regula- tions is repealed and the following regulation is inserted in its stead:—

Children s	" 6.—'(1.) Subject to this regulation, the fare to be charged in respect of a journey by a child is one-half of the full fare in respect of the journey or, if the full fare in respect of the journey is not an even number of cents, one-half of the amount ascertained by deducting One cent from the full fare.

" (2.) The fare to be charged in respect of a journey by a child when travelling to or from Sunday-school or a Church service is Two cents, irrespective of the length of the journey.
" (3.) The fare to be charged in respect of a journey by a school child when travelling from his home to school, or from school to his home, in an omnibus provided specially for school children travelling to or from school is Two cents, irrespective of the length of the journey.
" (4.) Where an omnibus provided specially for school children travelling to or from school is not available to a school child, the fare to be charged in respect of a journey by that child, when travelling from his home to school, or from school to his home, is Two cents, irrespective of the length of the journey.".
Concession	3 . Regulation 9 of the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Fares Regulations
Fare*.	is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words " p e n c e " and " penny" and inserting in their stead the words " cents " and " cent ", respectively; and

( i ) by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words " p e n c e " and " penny " and inserting in their stead the words " cents " and " cent", respectively.

The Schedule. 4. The Schedule to the Commonwealth Motor Omnibus Fares Regula- tions is repealed and the following Schedule inserted in its stead:—
