PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACTS 1903-1904.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that on account of urgency the following Regulations under the Defence Acts 1903-1904 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulations, to come into operation forthwith as Provisional Regulations.

Regulations for the Commonwealth Military Cadet Corps.

Amendments.

Section 1, para. 5 (a), the words “30th June” in lines 4 and 7 are cancelled, and the words “31st December” substituted therefor.

At the end of para. 4, Section 1, Senior Cadets, add:—“In the case of new detachments the above allowances, subject to the approval of the District Commandant, will be paid as soon as possible after gazettal.”

At the end of para. 19, Section 2, Cadets, add:—“In the case of new detachments the above allowances, subject to the approval of the District Commandant, will be paid as soon as possible after gazettal.”

At the end of para. 21, Section 2, Cadets, add:—“In the case of new detachments the above allowance, subject to the approval of the District Commandant, will be paid as soon as possible after gazettal.”
