REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH HOUSING ACT 1927.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulations under the CommonwealthHousing Act 1927, to come into operation forthwith.

Commonwealth Housing Regulations.

Short title.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commonwealth Housing Regulations.

Federal Capital Commission, an authority.

2. The Federal Capital Commission constituted under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1924-1926 shall be deemed to be an authority for the purposes of the Commonwealth Housing Act 1927.
