Made under the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (Special Powers) Act 2011 section 96 by the Governor in Executive Council after certification by the Commissioner of Police under section 96(3).

1.             Citation

This proclamation is the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (Special Powers) Act 2011 Expiry Proclamation 2015.

2.             Expiry of Act

The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (Special
Powers) Act 2011 expires on the day after the day on which this
proclamation is published in the Gazette.
