Commonwealth Games Arrangements (GOLDOC Dissolution Day) Amendment Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Commonwealth Games Arrangements (GOLDOC Dissolution Day) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Commonwealth Games Arrangements Regulation 2013.

3   Insertion of new pt 1A

insert—

Part 1A    Winding-up of corporation

1A   Dissolution day—Act, s 46

For section 46(1) of the Act, the dissolution day is 31 December 2018.
