Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment

and Retirement) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979.

Prescribed Commonwealth authorities

Regulation 2 A of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and

Retirement) Regulations is amended by omitting—

Authorised Version C2004L04147 registered 28/12/2022

"Australian Dried Fruits Corporation"

and substituting—

"Australian Capital Territory Electricity Authority

Australian Dried Fruits Corporation".
