Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19 February 1985.

Prescribed Commonwealth authorities

2. Regulation 2a of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting—

“Australian Dried Fruits Corporation”

and substituting—

“Australian Capital Territory Health Authority

Australian Dried Fruits Corporation”; and

(b) by omitting—

“Capital Territory Health Commission”.
