Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 6 January 1986.

Prescribed Commonwealth authorities

2. Regulation 2a of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations is amended by omitting—

“Australian Tourist Commission”

and substituting—

“Australian Tourist Commission

Australian Trade Commission”.
