Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979.

Regulation 2a of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Prescribed Commonwealth authorities

“2a. Each of the following authorities and other bodies is declared to be a prescribed Commonwealth authority for the purposes of the Act:

Albury-Wodonga Development Corporation

Australian Apple and Pear Corporation

Australian Atomic Energy Commission

Australian Dried Fruits Corporation

Australian Egg Board

Australian Film Commission

Australian Honey Board

Australian Institute of Criminology

 

Australian Institute of Marine Science

Australian Meat and Live-stock Corporation

Australian Tobacco Board

Australian Tourist Commission

Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation

Canberra Commercial Development Authority

Capital Territory Health Commission

Housing Loans Insurance Corporation

Institute of Family Studies

Legal Aid Commission (A.C.T.)

Milk Authority of the Australian Capital Territory

National Capital Development Commission

National Companies and Securities Commission

National Exhibition Centre Trust

National Standards Commission

Parliament House Construction Authority”.
