Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) (Prescribed Organizations) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.

Prescribed organizations

2. Regulation 2 of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) (Prescribed Organizations) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) and substituting the following paragraphs:

“(a) the Australian Council of Trade Unions; and

(b) the Council of Professional Associations.”.
