Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) (Benefits) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979.

Interpretation

Regulation 2 of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) (Benefits) Regulations is amended by omitting “Permanent Head” from paragraph (a) of the definition of “date of retirement” and substituting “Secretary”.
