Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in accordance with subsection 3 (3) of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Act 1979, hereby make the following Regulation under that Act.

Prescribed Commonwealth authorities

Regulation 2a of the Commonwealth Employees (Redeployment and Retirement) Regulations is amended by omitting:

“Australian Capital Territory Health Authority”

and substituting:

“Australian Capital Territory Health Authority established by the Health Authority Ordinance 1985 of the Australian Capital Territory”.
