I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918.

1.Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2. Repeal of Commonwealth Electoral (Annual Returns by Registered Political Parties) Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1992 No. 293 are repealed.
