IN THE COMMONWEALTH COURT OF CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION

I CERTIFY that by reason of urgency the following rule should come into immediate operation.

RULE OF COURT.

As of Saturday the 15th day of May a. d. 1909.

It is ordered as follows:—

The Rules of Court as of Tuesday the 3rd day of October a. d. 1905 (Statutory Rules 1905 No. 71) are amended by repealing Form 4 thereof and inserting in lieu the following form.

(Form 4 Rule 26)

The (here state name of claimant or claimants) being in dispute with (here state name of Respondent or Respondents) in respect of (here state summarily the nature of the subjects of dispute, such as wages or hours or overtime or as the case may be)and the dispute extending beyond the limits of any one State, claims (or claim) as follows:—
