I, ERIC ABETZ, Minister for Employment, make this instrument under regulation 7B of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 2007.

1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Commonwealth Cleaning Services Guidelines Repeal Instrument 2014.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 

3          Repeal of the Commonwealth Cleaning Services Guidelines 2012

The Commonwealth Cleaning Services Guidelines 2012 are repealed.
