Commonwealth Borrowing Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Commonwealth Borrowing Levy Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 16 December 1997.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Commonwealth Borrowing Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 4 (Rate of levy)

3.1   Omit the regulation, substitute:

Rate of levy

 “4. For section 6 of the Act, the annual rate is 0.0% of the amount for which the levy is payable.”.
