3, The date for the submission to the electors shall in each

district be the date to be fixed for polling at the next general

elections for the House of Assembly.

Incorporation.

5. This Act shall be incorporated with the principal Act, and, except so far ss inconsistent with this Act or inapplicable thereto, the provisions of the principal Act relating to the submission of the Commonwealth Bill to thc electors and its transmisvion for legis- lative enactment shall apply to the Cominonwealth Bill as proposed

to be amended.
