  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997.
