 These Regulations are the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

Schedule 1 amends the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Regulations 1997.

5Statutory marketing authorities (Act s 5)

 For the definition of SMA in section 5 of the Act, the following authorities are prescribed:

• (a)

  Australian Dairy Corporation;

• (b)

  Australian Pork Corporation;

• (c)

  Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation.
