 These Regulations are the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 5).

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

4AResponsible Minister for Commonwealth companies (Act s 5)

 For subparagraph (b) (i) of the definition of responsible Minister in section 5 of the Act, the Minister for Finance and Administration is prescribed as the Minister responsible for the following Commonwealth companies:

  • (a)

    ComLand Limited;

  • (b)

    Employment National Limited;

  • (c)

    Essendon Airport Limited;

  • (d)

    Sydney Airports Corporation Limited.

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1997 No. 391, as amended by 1999 Nos. 46, 75, 105 and 170.
