An Act to amend the Commons Acts, 1873-

1886. [22nd November, 1895,]

T ) E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with
the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legisla-
tive Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by
the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. The Minister may, on application by the trustees of any Common, by notification in the Gazette, set apart a portion of the Common therein described : Provided that the Minister may, on the application, of the trustees, and in the manner above-mentioned, vary the boundaries of any portion of a Common set apart as aforesaid.

On a notification being made under this section, and on the portion of the Common set apart as aforesaid being enclosed by a sufficient fence, the right of pasturage conferred on bond fide carriers, teamsters, travellers, and drovers, by the Commons Acts, 1873-1S8G, shall, as to the portion set apart as aforesaid, cease and determine.

2. The trustees may, by writing under their hands and seals, declare the number and description of cattle and other stock which the Commoners shall be entitled to depasture on the respective portions of the Common into which it is divided in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the fees to be charged on such stock, and the proviso to section six of the Commons llegulations Act of 1873 shall apply to any declaration made as aforesaid.

3. This Act may be cited as the " Commons Acts Amendment

Act, 1895."
