s1 2 s3 Commissions of Inquiry (Forde Inquiry—Quorum) No. 277, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry (Forde Inquiry—Quorum) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Forde inquiry quorum 2. A quorum of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 1998 may be constituted only by its chairperson sitting alone or with 1 or more of its other commissioners. ˙ Repeal 3.(1) The Commissions of Inquiry Regulation (No. 2) 1996 is repealed.
