s1 2 s2 Commissions of Inquiry (Forde Inquiry—Evidence) No. 278, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Commissions of Inquiry (Forde Inquiry—Evidence) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Declaration under Act, s 5(2A) 2. It is declared that writing made under section 5(1) 1 of the Act by the chairperson of the commission established under the Commissions of Inquiry Order (No. 1) 1998 is to take precedence over— (a) any oath taken or affirmation made; or (b) the Children’s Services Act 1965 , section 144; or (c) the Juvenile Justice Act 1992 , section 226. 2 ENDNOTES 1.
