Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommissionforChildrenandYoung People and Child Guardian Regulation 2001. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Documents relating to proof of identity—Act, ss 176, 178, 200, 212, 249, 261 and 273) (1) Section 4, heading, from ‘ss’ to ‘273’— omit, insert — ‘ sch 7, def proof of identity documents ’. (2) Section 4(1)— omit, insert — ‘(1) This section prescribes, for the Act, schedule 7, definition proof of identity documents , the documents relating to the identity of a person (the identified person ) that must be sighted by a certifying person.’. (3) Section 4(4), examples— omit, insert — ‘ Examples for subsection (4)(a) of an official document evidencing a change of name — marriage certificate, deed poll’. 4 Omission of s 8 (When fee for a volunteer becomes payable) Section 8— omit .
