Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2011. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommissionforChildrenandYoung People and Child Guardian Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Fees) (1) Schedule 4, items 1, 2(b), 3(b) and 4, ‘70.00’— omit, insert— ‘72.50’. (2) Schedule 4, item 5, ‘10.60’— omit, insert— ‘11.00’.
