Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommissionforChildrenandYoung People and Child Guardian Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Application fee for prescribed notice—Act, ss 100, 101 and 128) Section 4(1), ‘$60’— omit, insert— ‘$61.85’. 5 Amendment of s 5 (Application fee for cancellation of negative notice—Act, s 118) Section 5, ‘$60’— omit, insert— ‘$61.85’. 6 Amendment of s 5A (Application fee for replacement positive notice or positive notice blue card—Act, s 120) Section 5A, ‘$10’— omit, insert— ‘$10.30’.
