Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement (1) Sections 3 and 5 commence on 2 June 2008. (2) The remaining provision commences on 1 July 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommissionforChildrenandYoung People and Child Guardian Regulation 2001. 4 Replacement of ss 4 and 5 Sections 4 and 5— omit, insert— ‘4 Application fee for prescribed notice—Act, ss 100, 101 and 128 ‘(1) For sections 100, 101 and 128 of the Act, the prescribed fee is $60. ‘(2) However, if the application under section 100, 101 or 128 is for a prescribed notice in relation to child-related employment that is work carried out voluntarily and without financial reward, no fee is payable. ‘5 Application fee for cancellation of negative notice—Act, s 118 ‘For section 118 of the Act, the prescribed fee is $60. ‘5A Application fee for replacement positive notice or positive notice blue card—Act, s 120 ‘For section 120 of the Act, the prescribed fee is $10.’.
