COMMERCIAL TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 2) 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Commercial Tribunal Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1992.•

Schedule 3 amended

2.     Schedule 3 to the Commercial Tribunal Regulations 1986* is

amended — `

(a)

following subitem — in item 5 by deleting subitems (3) and (4) and substituting the

(3) Providing a copy

(not certified) of any

judgment, order, reasons for decision, etc 15.00

and

(b)	by deleting item 14 and substituting the following item —
" 14. For providing a certified copy

of evidence taken in any proceeding

before the Tribunal —
