COMMERCIAL TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Commercial Tribunal Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Schedule 3 amended

2. Schedule 3 to the Commercial Tribunal Regulations 1986* is amended in

item 14 by deleting "9.00" and substituting the following —

" 3.80 ".
