COMMERCIAL TRIBUNAL ACT 1984—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

In pursuance of the Commercial Tribunal Act 1984, we have made the following Rule:

Commencement

1 . This Rule takes effect on 11th January 1991.

Amendment

2. The Commercial Tribunal Rules 1989 are amended by inserting

after Rule 3.6 the following paragraph:

3.7 In any case where the Chairman or Deputy Chairman so

directs, service of:

(i) an application for the purposes of, or in relation to,

proceedings before the Tribunal; or

(ii)     any other document for the purposes of or in relation to, proceedings before the Tribunal may be dispensed with.
