COMMERCIAL TRIBUNAL ACT 1984 - RULE

In pursuance of the Commercial Tribunal Act 1984, we have made the following Rule.

Commencement

1. This Rule takes effect on 27 April 1990.

Amendment

2. The Commercial Tribunal Rules 1989 are amended by omitting

Rule 3.1 and by inserting instead the following paragraph:

3.1 An application for the purposes of, or in relation to, proceedings before the Tribunal is to be served personally on each other party to the proceedings by the applicant or his or her agent, within any time limit specified by a Related Act.
