Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act..
1. Citation
This order is the Retail Trading Hours (City of Albany) Variation Order No. 4 of

2012.

2. Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows

(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)

the rest of the order—on the day after that day. when the shops would otherwise be required to be closed3. Variation of retail trading hours: 25 April012

(a) on a day specified in the Table; and
(b) during the hours specified for that day in the Table.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops)

Agreements Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commcncemcnt

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day on which the

These regulations amend the Commercial Tenancy (Retail

Shops) Agreements Regulations 1985.

4.             Regulation 10 inserted After regulation 9 insert:

10.           Application to SAT - matters to which

section 251)(1) does not apply

Section 25D(1 ) of the Act does not apply in respect of the platters set out in the Table.
