Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops)

Agreements Amendment Regulations 1991.

Schedule amended

2.The Schedule to the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Regula-

tions 1985* is amended in Form 1 by deleting the paragraph beginning "TO

THIS END".
