Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry (Infringements) Amendment Regulations 2019

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry (Infringements) Regulations 2018 to prescribe 2 additional infringement offences.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 289 of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Act 2017.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 19 December 2019.

4Schedule 1 amended

Before item 17A of Schedule 1 to the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry (Infringements) Regulations 2018[1] insert—

"17AA	s. 267A(1)	12 penalty units	1350
17AAB	s. 267B(1)	12 penalty units	1351".
