Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Further Amendment (Amendment) Regulations 2021

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Further Amendment Regulations 2020 by extending their operation by one year.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 289 of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Act 2017.

3Commencement amended

In regulation 3(2) of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Further Amendment Regulations 2020[1], for "30 September 2021" substitute "30 September 2022".

4Expiry amended

In regulation 8 of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Further Amendment Regulations 2020, for "1 October 2021" substitute "1 October 2022".
