Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Amendment Regulations 2020

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Regulations 2018 to revoke the expiry of an exemption to the regulatory scheme.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 289 of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Act 2017.

3Exemption from requirement to be registered as a booking service provider

Regulation 30(2) of the Commercial Passenger Vehicle Industry Regulations 2018[1] is revoked.
