2 Commercial Fishers (General Levy) No. 225, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This notification may be cited as the Commercial Fishers (General Levy) Notification 1992 . ˙ Amount of levy 2. For the purposes of section 30F(10)(b) of the PrimaryProducers’Organisation and Marketing Act 1926 , the general levy made on members of commercial fishermen’s local branches is $399. ˙ Time for payment of levy 3. The general levy payable by a member must be paid— (a) if the member holds a Master Fisherman’s Licence issued under the Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Act 1982 —on issue or renewal of the licence; and (b) if the member holds a Queensland Commercial Fishing Vessel Licence issued under the FishingIndustryOrganizationandMarketing Act 1982 —on renewal of membership; and (c) if the member holds a Torres Strait Master Fisherman’s Licence issued under the TorresStraitFisheriesAct1984 of the Commonwealth—on renewal of membership. ˙ Repeal 4. The Notice of Levy on members of commercial fishermen’s local branches published in the Gazette on 27 July 1991 at page 1843 is repealed.
