s1 2 s4 Commercial and Consumer Tribunal Amendment No. 166, 2003 Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommercialandConsumerTribunalRegulation 2003. 3 Insertion of new s 10A After section 10— insert— ‘10A Matters for which summary decision may be made—Act, s 125 ‘For section 125(2)(a) of the Act, 1 the following matters are prescribed— (a) a building dispute under the QueenslandBuildingServicesAuthority Act 1991 ; or (b) the recovery of a debt under the QueenslandBuildingServicesAuthority Act 1991 , section 71; 2 or (c) a matter under the DomesticBuildingContractsAct2000 , section 18, 55, 60 or 84. 3 ’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Fees) Schedule 2, part 1, item 2(b)(iii), ‘207.00’— omit, insert— ‘51.50’. 1 The Act, section 125 (Summary decision for applicant) 2 QueenslandBuildingServicesAuthorityAct1991 , section 71 (Recovery from building contractor etc.) 3 Domestic Building Contracts Act 2000 , section 18 (Effective completion date or period), 55 (Cost plus contracts), 60 (Effect of improper statements) or 84 (Right of building contractor to recover amount for variation)
