COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS).

No. 37 of 1926.

An Act to amend section fifteen of the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905.

[Assented to 11th August, 1926.]

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title and citation.

1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1926.

(2.) The Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905–1926.

Application of sections 7 and 11.

2. Section fifteen of the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:—
