STATUTORY RULES.
PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of
urgency, the following Regulations under the

Amendments of Regulations under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 (Statutory Rules 1913, No. 347).
Regulation 18 is amended by the deletion of the words—
“In such cases the fees specified in Regulation 55 are not to be enforced.”
Regulation 55 is hereby repealed, and the following Regulation is inserted in its stead:—
“55. (1) There shall be paid to the Collector in respect of all Butter submitted for export, and of Live Stock submitted for slaughter and inspection for export, the following fees:—

Sheep, Lambs, and Goats........................................... | per head ½ d. |
Cattle and Calves...................................................... | per head 6d. |
Pigs........................................................................... | per head 6d. |
“(2) No Butter or Meat shall be permitted to be removed for home consumption from any appointed place, nor shall an export permit be issued therefor, until the fees in respect of such goods shall have been paid.”
