REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.

I, SIR ARTHUR LYULPH STANLEY, Deputy of the Governor-General in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Commerce regulations 1913.

(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 347.)

The Commerce Regulations 1913 are amended by the repeal of regulation 21.
