STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1957 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1950.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendments of the Commerce (Meat Export) Regulations.
“‘[D3] the Department’[D4] means the Department of Primary Industry.”.
“8[D5] 8a. The exportation of meat, meat products or edible offal is prohibited unless the position, size, colour and nature of any markings on the coverings containing the meat, meat products or edible offal that are in addition to the trade description or to any other markings applied in accordance with any other provision of these Regulations are such as are approved by the Secretary.”.
