REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1933.

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting withthe advice of the Federal
Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulations under the

Amendment of Commerce (Imports) Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1927, No. 155, as amended to this date.)
(
a ) by omitting the word “and” from sub-paragraph (l );(
b ) by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph:—“; and
(
n ) Cigarette papers and cigarette tubes.”
“16b. In the case of cigarette papers and cigarette tubes the trade description affixed to the immediate container shall state the approximate number of papers or tubes contained therein.”
