REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1933.*

(Seventh Amendment.)

I,THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1933.

Amendment of Commerce (Imports) Regulations. 

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of September, 1936.

2. Regulation 6 of the Commerce (Imports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the word “and” (second occurring) from subparagraph (n);

(b) by inserting at the end thereof the following:—

“; and

(p) Sanitary and Lavatory Articles of Earthenware.”
