STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1933.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Commerce (Imports) Regulations.
(
a ) by omitting from paragraph (p ) the word “and” (second occurring); and(
b ) by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:—“; and (
r ) Watches, clocks, and movements therefor.”.
“16c. In the case of watches, clocks, and movements therefor, an indication of the country in which the article was made or produced shall appear on the back of the movement, and also, if the watch or clock has a dial, or a dial is incorporated with the movement on the front of the dial.”.
