REGULATION UNDER THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.

GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation

1. Regulation 41(
“Provided that, in the case of butter analyzed for the purpose of determining merely whether it is free from preservative substances, a certificate to that effect may be supplied upon payment to the Collector of Three shillings.”
