REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901‑1930 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905‑1933.

I, THE GOVERNOR‑GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1931‑1933 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905‑1933.

Amendment of Commerce (Export Dairy Produce) Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1930, No. 132, as amended to this date.)

Regulation 25 of the Commerce (Export Dairy Produce) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) the words “(but which otherwise complies in all respects with the standard prescribed)” and inserting in their stead the words “and not less than 29.8 per centum of milk solids of all kinds”.
